SIVORA MLS is an AI MLS serving Staten Island, launching in early 2027. Before launch, this website does one thing with personal information: it keeps a list of people who asked to hear when SIVORA goes live.

What we collect

• The email address you enter in a "Notify me" or "Get launch alerts" form.
• Which form you used, the date, and, if you arrived from a link with campaign tags or from another website, those tags and that website's name. This tells us which announcements reach people.

We don't use advertising trackers on this site, and we don't collect your name, phone number or browsing history.

How we use it

We send launch alerts and occasional news about SIVORA to the address you gave us, and a confirmation when you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link that takes you off the list right away.

We never sell or rent the list, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers who run the site for us (Amazon Web Services hosts the website, the database and our email, in the United States).

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. To have your address deleted, email privacy@sivoramls.com from that address.

Security

The list is stored in an encrypted database that isn't reachable from the internet, and every connection to this site is encrypted.
